In short, check out your competition so you know what you are up against. Awareness – Create brand awareness so your customers start to recognise you and follow your activity
Interest – Generate an interest in your service/product
Desire – Move your audience from ‘liking’ it to ‘wanting it’
Action – Interact with your clients and help them make the next step – in your case, book an appointment.
