I'm thrilled to introduce Lash Techs IRL (Lash Techs in real life)! A brand-new community designed to empower, support, and celebrate everyone in the lash industry. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, we’re here to create a space where you can build meaningful connections, grow your business, and most importantly, have fun!
At Lash Techs IRL, we’re more than just a community — we’re a sisterhood!
I've created Lash Techs IRL with the goal of uniting lash artists from all walks of life. We know that as self-employed professionals, it can feel extremely lonely, and that can sometimes be tough. That’s why we want to bring you together with like-minded others who understand the hustle.
Women empowering women is at the heart of what we are going to be doing. I believe that when we come together and support each other, amazing things happen. That’s why LashTechs IRL is built on the foundation of COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION.
We want to replace the feeling of competition with camaraderie, where we can all celebrate each other’s wins and lift each other up. This is a space where helping one another and sharing ideas isn’t just encouraged, it’s celebrated.
LashTechs IRL is all about fun and connection!
We’re organising mini meet-up events throughout the year to help lash artists bond, build relationships, and take a break from work. Whether you want to join us for a coffee and a chat, a paint and sip afternoon, a Zumba class, or a cocktail-making evening, there’s something for everyone.
These events aren’t just about lashes – they’re about creating a space to relax, laugh, and connect with others who truly get what it’s like to be in the lash industry. But that’s not all! We’re also bringing you exciting collaboration opportunities like content days where you can work with other professionals to shoot amazing content for your business, and confidence workshops to help you empower yourself and believe in your work. These workshops will give you the tools you need to grow, not only as a lash artist but as a business owner.
