How will my order be delivered?

Our Shipping System: LashBase is proud to have contracted some of the best International Couriers - FedEx, DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail.

Warehouse and dispatch are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 4:30 pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Please note, our delivery schedule is in "working days". Any orders placed on Friday before the cut-off (before 3 pm) will arrive Monday for "next day" services.

Orders placed after the cut-off (anytime from 3 pm) Friday through to Sunday, and up to 3 pm Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Unless stated otherwise, all orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

 

Royal Mail

FREE Standard Shipping is available for UK orders over £60 only. Standard delivery is 2-3 working days.

During sales and/or busy periods, we may switch on our "Not in a rush" shipping option. This option is the same as our standard 2-3 day service but dispatch may be delayed by 1 or 2 working days. This helps the warehouse prioritise packing and ensures no delays to those that have specific time requirements for their order delivery. During these periods, the "Not in a rush" shipping option becomes the FREE shipping option at checkout.

We also have a Premium Next Day delivery service operated by Royal Mail (and FedEx + DPD). If you place your order by 3 pm, from Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.

We also offer a small items option which is £1.99 and is a standard 2-3 day service. This is for singular items no thicker than 25mm (including the jiffy envelope), 1x tray of lashes, for example.

Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday (if next day) or Tuesday/Wednesday (if standard shipping).

Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery has been confirmed, including situations where parcels are left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or in an unsecured location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and that the delivery location is secure. If an issue arises after confirmed delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly to raise an investigation.

Small items 2-3 day - £1.99

2-3 day standard - £2.49

Next-Day - £5.99

DPD

We also provide the option for guaranteed Next Day Delivery with DPD before either 11am & 1pm depending on your choice of service. 

For Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 3pm on a Friday for same-day dispatch. 

When using DPD you have the option to leave special delivery instructions such as "leave with next door". 

Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful 2nd attempt, the order will be forwarded to a pickup depot (local to you) where it will be held for 7 days.

If the order is not collected within the 7 days it will be returned to us at a cost, which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.

International

European deliveries and worldwide shipping will be handled by DHL, Royal Mail T&S, and DPD International.

International orders will need to be placed by 14:00 GMT for same-day dispatch.

Prices and delivery times are dependent on the location, weight, and size of goods ordered.

Our “basket” has a built-in shipping calculator that will give accurate shipping costs for most orders. If the location, weight or size is not programmed into our system you will not be shown shipping options and you must email for a price.

Please note: For International orders, there may be a "remote area surcharge" for customers living in remote locations. This cost is set by the courier and may require LashBase to contact you for further payment before the order is dispatched.

We are required by law to charge VAT on all shipping rates including Royal Mail.

Deliveries are made anytime between 8 am and 8 pm. If you need your order by a certain time, please contact hello@lashbase.co.uk and we will organise this for you.

Opening Times: Internet - 24 hours a day seven days a week 52 weeks a year. 

Office and Warehouse - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays and no dispatches are made.

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 working days after the expected time of delivery please contact LashBase for information.

 

Customs, Taxes, and other fees.

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of LashBase. The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customer's responsibility to check the potential charges and organise payment for any customs, taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.

Most shipments to AFRICA must be paid by Bank Transfer. Please contact LashBase for more information.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
