TRAIN TO TEACH

To train/teach others you will need to gain an AET Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

It's easy to get started, just by typing the name of the qualification into Google, you’ll find so many places who offer the training.

We have also collaborated with some academies (see below) who offer the qualification.

The good news is if you lead a busy life (like most of us do) you can take this course online so it’s easy to fit around other commitments.

Kai's Bio

My name is Kai I founded Trusted Beauty Professionals (TBP) whilst working in the role of Head of Year (which I am now retired from). Having completed over 15 beauty courses it became very evident to me that the quality control of courses was lacking.

I am passionate about all thing's education and accountability and love sharing what I have learnt and continue to learn with our educators. Arming myself with my formal education experience and experience within the beauty industry, starting as a lash technician and then becoming a lash educator.

I started TBP to action the concerns I had around the lack of quality assurance and low-quality courses.  TBP is on a mission to improve the quality of education in the beauty industry. Which led to the creation our three-part service which starts with the education of beauty experts to become trainers.

We offer the Beauty Educators Qualification (Level 3 AET) our privately accredited course specifically designed with beauty experts in mind. This course has an optional upgrade onto the Ofqual Regulated qualification upon completion (for those seeking to teach VTCT courses or in FE Colleges). The second is course accreditation where you can benefit from ongoing support, yearly quality assurance meetings and an accreditor that truly values high quality education. The final part of our service is access to our TBP educators hub which is our Continued Professional Development masterclass platform for Beauty Educators.

All three of these services form part of our most popular program The Accredited Educator Acceleration to take you from Lash Artist to Lash Trainer in 12-weeks.

First you need to get your qualification, then consider which courses you want to teach, plan your courses and write your manuals or alternatively purchase from us, so you are able to save time and start marketing your lash courses. Click here to find out more.
