I'm Abigail, a passionate lash artist, educator, and now Senior Brand Partner for LashBase - a brand that's been pivotal in shaping my career. With over six years experience, I've dedicated myself to become a high quality lash artist and now supporting others to do the same.
My journey began from my bedroom where I fell in love with helping my clients feel the best version of themselves.
Today, I'm proud to run STUDIO AR, where I offer bespoke lash and brow services, 1:1 coaching, and in-depth education for lash artists of all levels.
Outside of lashing, I'm a huge advocate for maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. As someone who values health and wellness, I make time for activities like running, dance, and Pilates.
For the future, my aspirations are: to solidify my role as a leading lash educator in the UK and beyond.

LIS REYNOLDS
I'm Lis! Helping lash techs level up their businesses is my passion and over the years I've had the privilege of teaching 100+ lash artists online, showing them how to raise their prices, get fully booked and create lash businesses they're obsessed with.
I built my first successful lash business entirely through Instagram and TikTok! From launching a membership programme to working with LashBase I've seen how powerful showing up online can be!
When I'm not helping lash techs grow their businesses you'll probs find me walking my dog or getting lost in a good book. I love reading anything that sparks inspiration but I'm also really into fantasy, especially ACOTAR.
As for what's next? I'm all about helping more lash techs than ever before. Whether it's through new resources, hosting even bigger networking events, or speaking to larger audiences.

Kiera Pritchard
Owner of Kiera Kim Beauty Studio & Academy, Kiera’s been in the industry since 2017.
Having always been a huge advocate for improving education since day 1 and being a huge LashBase lover, she loves educating, learning and always looks forward to connecting with new faces!
An interesting fact about Kiera is that she got her Black Belt in Taekwondo when she was 12! 'Everyone thinks that makes me tough but I'd still run out of the room screaming if there was any insect in it!'

Lauren is the founder of The Lash Surgery Salon, where beauty meets wellbeing. With eight years of lash artistry and a background in psychology (undergraduate and master’s degrees), Lauren combines clinical expertise and artistic skill to create therapeutic beauty experiences.
‘The Lash Surgery’ reflects precision and care, from personalised consultations to tailored aftercare - it’s all about meticulous attention to detail.
Fun fact, Lauren was a pageant queen at 18! (Miss Guyana United Kingdom 2016/17)
Sophie White
Having attended multiple Lash events in recent years, Sophie’s become an award winning lash artist and met some amazing lash techs along the way.
Sophie aspires to continue growing and networking at more events, becoming a point of call in the industry to help and support others succeed in perfecting lash extensions. She’s really excited to have recently become a full time lash artist having recently quit her 9-5 customer service job.
Paige Vallance
Paige is proud to have worked with LashBase on the launch of Enhance lashes back in 2021.
She aspires to bring her knowledge as a working lash artist to LashBase and provide valuable feedback to ensure lash techs in the UK have access to quality products and education services.
Outside of business, Paige is a keen Figure Skater and Pilates lover.
