Why should you get involved in LashBase events?
Getting involved in lash industry events, as a lash artist, is one of the best things you can do for your career. Often, many lash artists feel alone and struggle to find likeminded people that understand what it's like to run a lash business. This is why attending events, whether social or educational, is great. Not only do you learn how to improve your skills and business, but you build connections with other people who can champion you and support you in your lashing journey.

I am a 25 year old nail technician and beautician from South West Devon. I started lashing in November 2022 and it was a very slow journey. I opened my new salon in May 2024 and I was thriving in nails but not so much lashes, I was going to give it up.
THEN by some miracle I managed to bag myself the 500,000th order and I got to meet some of the LashBase team! I honestly thought it would be a flying visit, bit of promo, and go again. I WAS VERY WRONG. They were so fun and friendly. They offered me advice and weren’t in a rush to go!
I had already brought my ticket for the LashBase party but I was so anxious to go UNTIL that day!
Fast forward to the LashBase party, the team had given me the confidence to not only go to the party ON MY OWN but to go around EVERY SINGLE table and gather a photo of every person to put into a TikTok! Every single person I spoke to was kind. I had many conversations with many strangers and it was just an incredible evening!
Should there be another event of any sort, I will not hesitate to attend! Thank you for being the best brand I know LashBase.

So I’ve been to a few LashBase events, and the energy throughout is unmatched! All the staff are so welcoming, as always and it’s such an amazing way to connect with other lash techs, especially as it really can be such a lonely job if you work alone! It’s so nice to see techs going to these events alone to make friends and build relationships with other like minded people. A LashBase event is always a good idea.

I've been to as many LashBase events as possible from the Ballie Ballerson event, Ambassadors night out to the first ever Training Conference and I've loved catching up with friends I've made over the years in the industry as well as meeting new people too.
LashBase have truly created such an incredible community of lash artists and it is always so fun to spend time with everyone letting our hair down or furthering our education together.
My top tip would be to not to be afraid to come alone, so many others come solo and reach out to anyone who would like someone to buddy up with.
I'm already so excited for what events 2025 have in store.

The attention to detail, the quality of the venues and speakers and everything that goes into making the events happen really is second to none. Furthermore they have this special vibe about them… it’s difficult to put your finger on it but it ensures that everyone comes away having had a brilliant time - and typically with lots of new industry friends, even if they came alone.

My first ever event I went to was LashBase Christmas party in 2021 & ever since I’ve been hooked. The details & effort that is put into there events is unmatched. LashBase events have been nothing but so much fun, a great opportunity to network not only with LashBase but so many other talented artists too! At the last event I went to, I was so excited to see that LashBase had invited many US lash techs, creating such wonderful networking experiences.
The LashBase team are so wonderful. It was so nice meeting everyone - so welcoming, friendly and warm. For me, I took a big step out of my comfort zone by attending more lash events in 2024. LashBase helped me with stepping out of this comfort zone. And now I’m a regular buyer of LashBase products, and continue to adore more of their products. Quality is consistent throughout all their work with products, customer service, and events.

I’ve only been to one event from LashBase and that was the Christmas party.
I had been umming and ahing about going for ages then once I had decided to take the plunge and go for it, all the tickets had been sold (lesson learnt!). Then someone was selling their ticket over on facebook and I jumped at the chance! So glad I did because I had a wonderful time and although I was a tad late therefore slightly more nervous entering a big room full of people, as luck would have it, I was seated next to no other than a fellow Lash Life member, Gill, who I had met a few months prior. So it was a relief to find a familiar face and we had the best time dancing the night away! I did miss the starter but thoroughly enjoyed the main and dessert! Omg that cheesecake was something else.
Really enjoyed the night, I met so many new people and caught up with some familiar faces from Lash Life too! I felt a little star struck seeing people I follow from LashBase and other lash artists, so all in all it was great to be at such a fun relaxed event. Everyone looked incredible and in good spirits. The venue was lush and you could tell the events team put in so much effort to make the night perfect. LOVED the present at the table too, such a lovely and generous touch. I also really liked the awards - I think it’s really important for those lash artists who are excelling in their work to get noticed by such a big brand like LashBase and be awarded for their impeccable work/creations.
All in all a fabulous event, would definitely go again and would love to come along to more events this year! Thank you so much LashBase!
