Free replacement cover is for accidental damage only for 1 year from date of purchase. Fair use policy applies. LashBase will cover up to 3 replacements. 1 year does not restart when a replacement is sent. To claim free replacement you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number a request for a replacement and await further instruction. You will then need to send your tweezers back to LashBase Ltd, Unit M4, Lakesmere road, Horndean, PO8 9JU with a cover note (details of this provided to you after you have emailed us). Return shipping cost is at customers expense. LashBase will cover the shipping cost of the replacement sent to. Replacement tweezers are sent using Royal Mail Standard Service (more info can be found on our shipping policy page). You must return your damaged tweezers before a new pair will be sent. If you lose your tweezers or cannot send them to us, the agreement is void. Free accidental damage cover is non transferrable and only the original purchaser can claim. If the Tweezers are out of stock, a like for like replacement will be sent with your approval. Alternatively, a gift card to the value of the tweezers will be offered. On first replacement, the value will be full price paid. Second replacement will be at 60% value and third replacement will be at 30% value.
Tweezers are hand tested by professionally qualified lash artists before going on sale. Hand testing is done in batches. 10% are checked with a pass level of 90% required. If less than 90% pass, 30% of the batch are checked, then 60%, then 100% of each batch respectively. Hand testers check for quality of manufacturer as well as lash pickup and isolation. Once the hand testing has taken place, all tweezers are sanitised. For further information on hand testing, please contact email@example.com. Hand testing does not guarantee that they will work for you due to different hand size, strength, tension requirements, technique, ability and lash thicknesses used and is simply to provide confidence to the end user.

To claim your money back, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a request for a refund within 30 days of purchase and await further instruction. You will then need to send your tweezers back to LashBase Ltd, Unit M4, Lakesmere road, Horndean, PO8 9JU with a cover note (details of this provided to you after you have emailed us). Return shipping cost is at customers expense. Refunds are given for the tweezers and not the shipping costs. You must return your unwanted tweezers before a refund is given. If you lose your tweezers or cannot send them to us, the offer is void. Further Terms LashBase reserves the right to end or amend these offers (warranty and 30-day money back guarantee) at any time. Those who have placed an order before an announcement has been made to end or amend the warranty will still be valid. These offers are only available on the premium range of tweezers.
