Education is at the forefront of everything we do, and we are always looking for ways we can help others progress in their lash career.
We know that a goal for many lash artists is to become a lash trainer. However, when it comes to lash training, you need to have a manual.
Knowing what’s required in a manual and putting it all into a document can be confusing and a lot of work, so we want to help.
We have a lot of experience, and we want to share it, so we’ve put together some downloadable manual templates to show you what you need to include in a training manual. Our manual templates have been used in our Official LashBase Training so they are packed full information and we know they're the best in the industry.
You can change and edit our templates as you wish, but we don’t think you’ll need to! Then when you are ready you’ll only need to get the manuals accredited, like you normally do, before you start teaching.
We know the industry is always changing, so the manual templates will be updated over time to ensure they have all relevant teachings included. New copies of the templates will be sent automatically, so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox for any updates.

How it works
If you’d like to purchase one of our manual templates, just add it to your basket and head to the checkout. Once purchased, you’ll be able to download the template as a PDF.
Feel free to use our manual template as is, or you can add in extra info if you wish!
Once you are happy with your template and have made any edits or changes, you’ll then need to get the manual accredited by an accreditation company such as ABT (the good news is that these manuals are pre-approved for accreditation).
Once your manual is fully accredited, you’ll be ready to start teaching.
Our Affiliate Training Program
In addition to our manual templates, we also offer training kits too.
If you’re already a lash trainer and are in need of kits, then you may want to consider signing up for our Affiliate Training Program.

The important bits
Please note, our templates are NOT accredited manuals. This means you can’t download the templates and start teaching straight away.
You will need to get the template manuals fully accredited before you can train others. It is the responsibility of the lash trainer to have the templates accredited.
These templates cannot be distributed or licensed to anyone other than the original purchaser (and used for training with your students). So please do not share your manual template with others.

FAQs
Can I edit the manual template?
Yes, you can. Once you’ve downloaded the PDF you are welcome to edit the template as you wish.
How do I edit the templates?
You can send off to your chosen designer, edit yourself using adobe or simply keep it as is but add a front cover.
How many pages are in the manual templates?
Our Classic manual has 56 pages and our Volume manual has 60 pages. Each template has been purposely designed to be print-ready.
Once I purchase the manual template can I start teaching?
No. You’ll need to get your manual fully accredited before you can start teaching. It is the responsibility of the lash trainer to have the manual template accredited.
How do I get the manual template accredited?
To get your manual template fully accredited you’ll need to reach out to an accreditation company such as ABT.
Can I share the manual templates with anyone?

Of course. Anyone who is thinking of becoming a Lash Trainer (or is one already) can download our manual templates.
What happens if teaching techniques change, will I get an updated template?
Manuals will be updated over time to keep them up to date with relevant teachings. New copies will be automatically sent so make sure to keep an eye on your inbox.
Do you offer a printed version?
We do not offer printed versions of our templates. They are downloadable documents, however, feel free to print at home, or take to a printing service.
