What is the Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course?
Best for: Beginners who want to learn the traditional lash lift method
The LashBase Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course is a beginner-friendly lash lift course that teaches the traditional lash lift and tint method.
You’ll learn essential lash lift theory, including lash structure, contraindications, consultations, product knowledge, shield selection, processing and aftercare, alongside step-by-step practical training.
The traditional lash lift method involves wrapping and securing the natural lashes onto a silicone shield using lash lift adhesive or balm before applying the lifting solutions.
Once you’ve successfully completed the course, you’ll be qualified to offer traditional Lash Lift & Tint treatments.

The Korean Lash Lift Masterclass is designed for lash artists who are already qualified in Lash Lift & Tint and want to expand their skills with Korean Lash Lift training.
Because you already have a foundation qualification, the Masterclass doesn’t start from the beginning. Instead, it builds on your existing knowledge and focuses on the techniques and understanding required to perform a Korean Lash Lift.
You’ll learn two Korean Lash Lift methods, with in-depth education around shield selection, wrapping techniques, product placement and adapting the treatment to different natural lashes.
This makes the Korean Lash Lift Masterclass the ideal progression for qualified lash lift artists who want to add the increasingly popular Korean Lash Lift to their treatment menu.

The Korean Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course is designed for complete beginners, so you don’t need an existing Lash Lift & Tint qualification to enrol.
It combines essential foundation lash lift theory with dedicated Korean Lash Lift training, giving beginners the knowledge and practical skills needed to safely and confidently perform the techniques taught within the course.
You’ll learn two Korean Lash Lift methods, alongside detailed education on shields, wrapping techniques, product placement and adapting your treatment to suit different natural lashes.
Does the Korean Lash Lift Foundation Course teach traditional lash lifting?
No. This is an important difference between our two foundation courses.
The Korean Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course does not teach the traditional lash lift method. It has been specifically created to qualify beginners in the Korean Lash Lift techniques taught within the course.
Once successfully completed, you’ll be able to offer Korean Lash Lift & Tint treatments, but you won’t be trained to offer the traditional lash lift method.
If you want to offer both traditional and Korean Lash Lifts, you’ll need to complete training covering both methods.
Korean Lash Lift Foundation Course vs Korean Lash Lift Masterclass
Both courses teach Korean Lash Lift techniques, but they are designed for different experience levels.
The Korean Lash Lift Foundation Course is for beginners who don’t already hold a Lash Lift & Tint qualification. It includes the foundation theory needed to begin offering Korean Lash Lift treatments.
The Korean Lash Lift Masterclass is for already-qualified lash lift artists. It builds on your existing Lash Lift & Tint knowledge and focuses specifically on adding Korean Lash Lift techniques to your skill set.

Can beginners learn Korean Lash Lifting?
Yes. You don’t need to learn the traditional lash lift method before learning Korean Lash Lifting.
Our Korean Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course has been specifically designed to give beginners the foundation knowledge they need while training them in Korean Lash Lift techniques.
However, completing the Korean Foundation Course doesn’t qualify you in the traditional lash lift method. If you later decide you’d like to offer traditional Lash Lift & Tint treatments too, you’ll need to complete the relevant training.

Your choice should come down to two things: your current experience and the treatments you want to offer.
If you’re completely new to lash lifting, you can choose to train in the traditional lash lift method through our Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course or specialise in Korean Lash Lifting through our Korean Lash Lift & Tint Foundation Course.
