That's why we've developed Lifted. Tint. A professional lash and brow tint range designed for rich colour payoff, easy application, and completely customisable results.

With a creamy consistency, smooth application and highly pigmented shades, Lifted. Lash and Brow Tints make it easy to create everything from bold, defined brows to soft, natural enhancements. Better still, the shades can be mixed together, allowing you to create bespoke colours tailored to every client.

How to Use Lifted. Lash and Brow Tint

Using Lifted. Lash and Brow Tint is simple and straightforward.

Step 1: Prepare the Area

Cleanse lashes or brows thoroughly to remove makeup, oils and skincare products. Ensure the treatment area is completely dry before application. If you want to use the Lifted. Barrier Balm to reduce skin staining around the brows, apply after cleansing.

Step 2: Mix the Tint

Mix your chosen Lifted. Tint shade with Lifted. Developer at a 1:1 ratio (equal amounts of each)

Stir until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency with no lumps.

Step 3: Apply the Tint

Using a tint brush or applicator, apply the mixture evenly to the lashes or brows, ensuring full coverage.

Step 4: Process

Allow the tint to develop according to the desired intensity.

  • 5-7 minutes with a lash lift or brow lamination
  • 8-10 minutes without a lash lift or brow lamination
Step 5: Remove

Gently remove the tint using damp cotton pads or suitable removal tools, revealing beautifully enhanced lashes or brows.

Creating Bespoke Shades with Colour Mixing

Every client is different, which is why one tint colour doesn't fit all.

One of the biggest advantages of Lifted. Tint is the ability to mix shades together to create customised results.

For Warm Brunette Tones

Combine Dark Brown with a small amount of Auburn to create a warm, dimensional finish that complements warmer-toned hair.

For Blonde Clients

Light Brown can be used alone for subtle enhancement, or mixed with Brown for added depth while maintaining a natural appearance.

For Dark Hair Clients

Deep Black provides maximum definition, but can also be softened with Brown to create a more natural-looking result.

For Mature Clients

Mixing lighter tones can help avoid overly strong results while still adding shape and definition to the brows.

Tint Matching Tips for Lash & Brow Artists

When selecting a tint shade, consider:

  • Natural hair colour
  • Skin tone
  • Existing brow density
  • Client preferences
  • Desired treatment outcome

Remember that brows don't always need to match the hair perfectly. Often, choosing a shade slightly deeper than the natural brow colour can create a fuller, more polished appearance.

For lashes, darker shades typically provide the most visible enhancement, especially when paired with a lash lift treatment.

Blue Black vs. Deep Black

For lashes, clients will often want the darkest tone available to avoid wearing mascara (or at least not every day). This is where the question ‘blue black or deep black?’ comes in.

Deep Black

Deep Black is a true, rich black shade that delivers intense definition and depth. It's ideal for clients who want a bold, classic black finish on their lashes or brows without any underlying tones.

Best for:

  • Dark-haired clients
  • Strong lash definition
  • Bold brow looks
  • Natural-looking black results

Blue Black

Blue Black combines a deep black base with subtle blue undertones. The blue pigment helps create the appearance of extra depth and shine, making lashes look darker, glossier and more defined.

Best for:

  • Lash lift and tint treatments
  • Clients wanting maximum lash definition
  • Creating the appearance of darker, shinier lashes
  • Enhancing natural lash colour without looking flat

Can You Mix Them?

Absolutely. Mixing Blue Black and Deep Black allows you to customise the intensity and undertone of the finished result. Adding a small amount of Blue Black to Deep Black can create extra depth and gloss while maintaining a natural black appearance.

Which One is Better for Lashes?

For lash tint treatments, many artists prefer Blue Black as the subtle blue undertones can make lashes appear glossier and more dramatic. Deep Black is perfect when clients want a classic, true black finish.

Which One is Better for Brows?

Deep Black is generally the preferred choice for brows as it provides a neutral black result. Blue Black can be used for brows but is typically more popular for lash treatments where the blue undertones enhance shine and definition.

Perfect for Lash Lift and Brow Lamination Treatments

Lifted. Tint is the ideal finishing touch for:

  • Lash Lift Treatments
  • Korean Lash Lift Treatments
  • Brow Lamination
  • Brow Shaping Services
  • Standalone Lash Tint Treatments
  • Standalone Brow Tint Treatments

Adding tint helps enhance the overall treatment result by increasing visibility, depth and definition, allowing clients to enjoy a more impactful finish without daily makeup.
