An Important Update about Official LashBase Training

It's been a weird year, to say the least, and we have all had to adjust to this ‘new normal’. There’s no doubt that the coronavirus pandemic has impacted all of us in some way. With lash artists being out of work, and businesses having to adjust to a new way of doing things it's safe to say that we have all experienced change this year.

Like so many other businesses, LashBase has also had to adapt to the changes and look at the way we do things. We are extremely proud to have such a supportive community, and we pride ourselves on always being transparent when it comes to our business. Whether that be with product updates, events, or other business changes.

So, with that being said, after a lot of thought and discussion, we have decided to end our LashBase Official Training courses.

We know that some of you will be sad to hear this news, and we’re sad too, however, we know that this is a good decision going forward and we like to think of this as a positive.

Before we announced anything, we needed to speak to our official LashBase trainers first. We want to say a huge thank-you to our fantastic trainers, who are quite simply the best in the business. Over the last 2 years we have seen them develop and grow their training academies and we feel so lucky that we have been a part of their journey!   We have no doubt that they will all continue to progress, and we will be there to support them every step of the way. They are all still very much part of the LashBase family and we are so grateful for their hard work and dedication.

If there are any students reading this, who have an upcoming course or case studies to complete then please don’t worry! Our training coordinator will be in contact with all students who have booked onto a course to discuss the next steps. If you need to get in contact with our training coordinator or have any questions please email training@lashbase.co.uk. Our trainers will still be working their way through any outstanding case studies and will be on hand to provide feedback and support to any current students.

We know there are a lot of aspiring lash artists out there that still want to train using our products, and we don’t want anyone to miss out. So even though our Official LashBase Training courses have come to an end there is an alternative…

If you would still like to train using our products (when lockdown restrictions have lifted) then we do have a network of Affiliate Training Academies who use LashBase products in their training kits. We supply kits to over 350 training academies all over the country, which means future students have lots of choice when it comes to training. A full list of our Affiliate Training Academies can be found on the link here

Although this is not the outcome we had hoped for, we believe this is the right decision for everyone going forward. We didn’t want to prolong any confusion or uncertainty so we believe this decision will make things easier for all involved.

As always we are happy to answer any questions you may have, please feel free to email us at marketing@lashbase.co.uk or message us on Instagram @LashBase_Uk and a member of the team will be happy to help.
