Company Statement Regarding Supreme Adhesive – Batch Numbers S30924 and S50924

At LashBase, it’s incredibly important for us to be transparent when things don’t go as planned. 

Unfortunately, we have identified a fault in our Supreme Adhesive from the batch numbers:

S30924 - Faulty batch - Selling 03/11/24 - 05/12/24 (600 ish units)
S50924 - Faulty Batch - Selling 04/11/24 - 05/12/24 (1400 ish units)

We know mistakes can happen, but we are absolutely devastated that this issue has arisen during the busiest period for lash techs—the Christmas rush. We understand the added stress and disruption this may cause at such an important time, and for that, we are truly sorry.

To make this right, we are offering:

  1. A replacement Supreme Adhesive from a different batch.

  2. An alternative adhesive from our range.

  3. A gift card to use at your convenience.
