Ryan Power is co-founder of leading salon coaching and mentorship brand Salonology and is a self confessed marketing geek and hummus aficionado. He's also the author of the Successful Salon Marketing System and is passionate about helping those in the beauty industry get - and keep - more clients as well as helping them achieve a business delivering both profitability and freedom.

LASH STYLING EXPO (CHANELLE & AISHA)
Chanelle Payne (Lashed by Chanelle) and Aisha Braimoh (The Lash Line) are award-winning lash artists who have joined forces to create Lash Styling Expo. Their partnership began on Instagram, where they bonded over their shared passion for lash artistry and unique styles. Recognising a surge in demand for wispy lash styles, they founded Lash Styling Expo to provide comprehensive, high-quality training for lash artists. However, they soon decided to offer more than just wispy masterclasses, hosting events designed to bring immense value to lash artists and the community.
With a focus on versatility and excellence, their masterclasses combine their expertise, offering attendees the opportunity to master a wide range of lash styles. Together, Chanelle and Aisha have hosted five successful networking and educational events, aiming to make a significant impact on the global lash industry.
SHELBY TARELTON
Shelby Tarleton is the owner of Pink Lady Lash in Austin, Texas. With a passion for sharing her knowledge, Shelby also developed Lash Boss University, a licensed lash program by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Through this program, aspiring lash artists can learn the art and science of lash extensions.
Shelby's commitment to sharing her expertise doesn't end there. She also provides free resources like the Lash Boss Newsletter and her award-winning podcast, Lash Boss Radio.
Shelby's 13 years of experience in the lash industry has earned her invitations to speak at various beauty conferences, judge lash championships, and now even hosts her own event, Lash Boss Summit. She recently expanded her lash empire with the Lash Boss Pro Shop and Lash Boss Retreats.
KAI S
Kai is a soon-to-be retired secondary school teacher turned CEO. Her background in both education and beauty led to the development of Trusted Beauty Professionals (TBP) in early 2023! In a short amount of time they have taught over 50 professionals to become educators and proudly accredit over 30 academies with 100's still in the process of becoming TBP Accredited.
Kai is on a mission to improve the quality of the education in the beauty industry one educator at a time. As an accreditation board director, she recognises their responsibility as a company to the reputation of the industry. They are innovating alongside the industry to elevate and improve the quality of education from the top down.
LIS REYNOLDS
After starting in the lash industry nearly 6 years ago, Lis realised there was a huge lack of resources when it came to education. She started her teaching journey 3 years ago with the intentions of training beginners, but quickly realised existing lash techs needed her help more after going viral for charging £120 for lashes in the UK. That random viral post (filmed by Jamie) rapidly got her known for pricing, so she got to work creating a Pricing Programme for Lash Techs. (Which she proudly placed as Finalist for Online Training Academy Of The Year).
After closing her salon to focus on her membership, she then became one of the first ever LashBase Brand Partners as a result of not being afraid to speak out on such a taboo topic! With the support of LashBase, she’s hoping to change the lash industry for the better.
AVA REEVES
Ava’s lash career began in early 2015 in the spare room of her flat. As a determined young single mum, her business grew rapidly. She became LashBase's first ambassador and later an educator. She then expanded into a salon and training academy, traveling across the UK to teach, mentor, and speak at lash conferences. While lashes are the core of her business, she’s passionate about psychology, mindfulness, and fostering meaningful connections, which she incorporates into her education.
Her journey has transformed her from a stressed-out boss babe to a grounded, intentional business owner and devoted mother.
JOANNA LEE
She's an award winning lash artist, educator, judge, speaker adjudicator and writer. Prior to lashes, Joanna was in TV - on and off screen - latterly at Sky News as a weather girl (affectionately known as The Weather in Leather).
In 2020 she brought her careers full circle and meshed them together; creating her niche coaching and mentoring programme. The Visibility Gateway is designed to help ambitious, accomplished women become more visible and more confident; uplifting their profiles and opening up opportunities. Joanna mentors her clients on presenting and public speaking skills in order for them to show up without the cringe and fear of judgement!- whether that's on IG stories, in front of their students or on industry stages.
Joanna has regularly emceed at lash and brow events and is delighted to be sharing her ideas at the very first LashBase Conference.
LEANNE OSBORNE
Leanne is the founder of two multi award winning lash bars and training schools in Scotland. Her journey began 14 years ago in a spare room, evolving into a super successful business with 17 team members.
Over the years, she’s nurtured hundreds of students, transitioning from an official LashBase trainer to focussing fully on her own training and coaching business. Today, her mission is to offer the best lash education in Scotland, with a commitment to no gatekeeping and continuous support, helping each student thrive in their new career.
SHONA MAHON
Shona is a psychologist, and the founder of Ireland's leading lash brand and training academy, Wink with Mink Lashes. She fell into the lash industry while studying to become a psychologist, and now uses psychology to understand her customers and students. She helps her students to reach their full potential and find their tribe of clients.
At the Lashbase Conference, she will be showing you how you can use psychology to attract your tribe of students for fully booked courses.
