Our guide to spike lashes

Lash spikes can open up your lashing world and enable you to create a whole host of different lash maps. Spikes usually look the best when combined with a full volume or hybrid set by adding flare and creating a bold and wispy look to the finished look!

HOW TO APPLY SPIKE LASHES

  1. Mark small dots on the lid or eye pad where the spikes will be placed with your mapping pen.
  2. Apply spikes to the top layer of lashes.
  3. Tape the spikes back and apply the middle layer fans.
  4. Repeat step 3 for the lower layer.

LASH SPIKE LENGTH GUIDE

Top layer: spikes +3mm longer than the base layer
Middle layer: -1mm shorter than the bottom layer
Bottom layer: -3mm shorter than the spikes

SOFT OR SPIKED

Depending on the look you’d like to create:

  • Use 0.03 for a softer spiked look.
  • Use 0.07 for a cleaner look.

Struggle with mapping your spikes?

Try wispy lashes available in 5D, 7D, 9D and 11D.
