Training and Education Awards 2025
Back and better than ever, previously known as the TAOTY - Training Academy of the Year, it’s time to get your nominations in for the Training and Education Awards 2025 by LashBase.
It doesn't matter if you are new to the lash training world or if you think you’re still quite small, we hope to shine a light on the most deserving and passionate trainers within the industry.
What are the LashBase Training and Education Awards?
At LashBase we’re all about giving back and celebrating the lash community. There are so many amazing lash trainers and training schools around who all deserve recognition, and we want you to shout about them! We want to recognise and give a boost to the best of the best that are helping improve the lash industry!
This year we have 3 categories:
There will be one winner per category and each winner will receive a winner's trophy, a £100 LashBase gift card, a winner's interview blog, promotion on our LashBase social channels and worldwide recognition!
How do I nominate?
To nominate a trainer or training academy for any of the above categories, simply click the link below and nominate the person you believe deserves to be shortlisted. Remember you can nominate a trainer or training academy for more than one category.
The deadline for nominations will be 30th April 2025
Once the nominations are all in, we will then announce the trainers and academies who have made the shortlist. Voting will then open again to decide the winner. There will be 4 trainers/academies shortlisted per category.
Voting will close on 30th May 2025, with the winners being announced on 5th June 2025
And the best about it all is that there are no admin fees, no certificate fees, or ceremony contributions! Just good honest nominations and fair voting – that’s all we ask.
How will the winners be chosen?
We know that getting people to vote for you can be a skill in itself, which is unfair on some. That’s why we also use a panel of judges here at LashBase to help find the diamonds in the rough. Sure, the votes may get our attention, but we’re experienced enough to look deeper and give everyone a chance.
So, with all that being said, it’s time to get nominating! Don’t forget our awards are open to training schools, academies, and self-employed trainers so anyone who teaches can be nominated.
