This year hasn't exactly started as planned and we're crossing our fingers that things will be back to normal soon.
Following the most recent government update, we have had to make some changes to our current working conditions here at LashBase HQ!
The safety of our staff and our customers is vital, and we know some of you may have a few questions.
To help, here's some information we've put together on our current business changes:
- For now, our website remains open. So you can still place an order if you need to.
- Our warehouse team will be working at a smaller capacity, in a safe environment, following social distancing guidelines.
- We are no longer open for click and collect, so all orders will need to be placed for delivery only.
Our customer service team will be working remotely, so our phone lines are temporarily closed.
The team will be able to help you by email, so if you have a question or order query please email email@example.com - we aim to respond to all emails within one working day. However, due to staff shortages and remote working please understand that a response may take a little longer than usual. Thank-you for bearing with us.
Dispatching & Delivery
If you have placed an order with us recently, then don't worry we will be working hard to get all orders processed and sent out to you, however, due to staff and courier shortages there may be a delay in getting your order to you, which we hope you will understand.
As always, we will be available across our social media platforms to chat, offer support and help where we can. Our social media channels are for our community, so we will continue to provide free educational content to you all.
