LashBase Trainer Conference Run Down
Just a week ago, we had the privilege of hosting the LashBase Trainer Conference (the UK’s first ever lash trainers conference!). It was an incredible event filled with inspiration, knowledge, and connection.
If you didn't make it this time, here's a quick rundown of how it went.
What is the LashBase Trainer Conference?
Our conference was designed to empower lash trainers and future trainers. We brought together nine industry experts to share their valuable insights and experiences. The event covered:
- Setting up your lash training courses and where to start.
- How to market and get students onto your courses.
- Mastering effective training methods and innovative teaching techniques.
- Discover how to revamp your existing training courses for success.
It was also a fantastic opportunity to network with other lash techs and get some great goodie bags and win some prizes! Read more about the content of the day, here.
Highlights of the Day
It could not have gone any better in our opinion. We set out to provide a conference that catered to all and it certainly ticked the box!
Every part of the day, from the inspiring story from Leanne Osborne, to the passion and energy from Ryan Power was enjoyable, motivational and knowledgeable and we certainly learnt a lot.
We were thrilled to hear such positive feedback from the attendees, including Emma Willis (@ems_lash_therapy_) who said: "The day was an absolute delight from start to finish!!! We heard from some truly inspirational men and woman in the industry! I took so much information away. I made soooo many gorgeous new lash besties which is AMAZING!!! Everyone felt so empowered and I cannot wait for the future."
A Special Thank You
Lastly, we would like to say a special thank you to Laura Bell who agreed to speak at the event with just 12 hours notice as unfortunately one of our speakers was unable to attend at the last minute. I think you will all agree Laura provided us with a boost of confidence with her ‘can do anything’ attitude. Thank you Laura!
